0.2.0 released!

I'm very proud to announce that SmallTune 0.2.0 has been made public. I skipped 0.1.2 because of the huge feature load that comes with the new version.

You may take a look at the changelog and then grab your copy. ;)

A big "THANKS" goes out to turboPASCAL, who still assists with the code. ;)

HINT: In case you are using a previous version of SmallTune, you have to delete the "main.db", or sky will fall on your head. I'm sorry for any inconvenience...

[General] Looking forward to 0.1.2

During the next week, a new version of SmallTune will be released. Some of the changes already implemented are:

  • Fits better on Versions below Vista (looks quite ugly atm [Window is a bit too large], because I wasn't able to test it on XP)
  • Window is shown at application startup to avoid confusion (why didn't anything happen?)
  • Additional buttons in the playlist window

Still planned are:

  • Scrollable/Fading titles
  • Massive Improvments on Pause/Stop/Resume (doesn't always work as expected)
  • Link to Amazon, Google, Wikipedia, MySpace to look for the Artist (?)
  • First complete code review

So, still a lot to do. ;)

[News] Small Update

See the Changelog and grab your copy... ;)

[News] First Version of SmallTune released

I'm really proud to announce the very first version of SmallTune has been made public. You may grab your fresh copy from the download section.

Please be aware of the fact that lots of things are still to do. Multiple Language (high priority), direct editing of song tags, and so on...

SmallTune will run under Windows XP, Vista and 7.

Have fun!
